Best chimney sweep — Portland, OR

Last updated: September 24, 2026

What affects the price

The final cost for your chimney service depends on a few specific factors. We look at the total height of the chimney stack, the level of creosote buildup inside the flue, and whether you have a standard masonry fireplace or a prefabricated metal insert. If there are structural blockages like nests or excessive debris that require extra labor, that will also adjust the estimate. We avoid hidden fees, but every setup is unique, so we evaluate the condition of your liner and firebox upon inspection.

About this service

Finding a top-tier sweep means choosing a company that focuses on thorough inspections and reliable cleaning techniques. A quality sweep checks for structural damage, blockages from bird nests, and dangerous creosote deposits. You should look for someone who provides a detailed report after the job is finished. Proper maintenance prevents costly repairs later and keeps your family safe during the winter months. We take pride in our careful, honest approach to every single fireplace we service.

Summer is the best time to inspect your chimney while the weather is clear. We can easily spot structural issues, loose mortar, or cap damage that might have gone unnoticed during the winter. Getting your chimney serviced now means you are fully prepared for the first cold snap of autumn. Give us a call to book your inspection.
