Professional chimney cleaning near me — Portland, OR

What affects the price

The final cost for your chimney service depends on a few specific factors. We look at the total height of the chimney stack, the level of creosote buildup inside the flue, and whether you have a standard masonry fireplace or a prefabricated metal insert. If there are structural blockages like nests or excessive debris that require extra labor, that will also adjust the estimate. We avoid hidden fees, but every setup is unique, so we evaluate the condition of your liner and firebox upon inspection.

About this service

Professional cleaning involves using industry-standard tools to scrub the chimney liner, ensuring that dangerous creosote—a leading cause of chimney fires—is completely removed. Technicians also inspect the smoke chamber and firebox for signs of wear. You should schedule this annually if you use your fireplace frequently. It is the most reliable way to maintain home safety, prevent carbon monoxide issues, and ensure your system is running efficiently without any hidden blockages or structural concerns.

Summer is the best time to inspect your chimney while the weather is clear. We can easily spot structural issues, loose mortar, or cap damage that might have gone unnoticed during the winter. Getting your chimney serviced now means you are fully prepared for the first cold snap of autumn. Give us a call to book your inspection.
